MyanmarTrails provides destination recommendations, curated collections, itinerary planning, and educational content about Myanmar travel. The service is for discovery and planning only.
Not a booking or permit service
We do not sell flights, hotels, tours, or permits. Any prices, seasons, or permit notes are indicative. You are responsible for verifying availability, safety, visas, and official access rules with licensed operators and authorities.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
No warranty
Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular trip. Security situations, road access, and permit policies change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyanmarTrails and its operators are not liable for losses arising from travel decisions, missed connections, denied entry, permit refusals, or reliance on recommendations on this site.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or scrape it in ways that impair service for others.
- Do not misrepresent site content as official government or operator guidance.
- Respect copyright on images and copy where applicable.
Intellectual property
MyanmarTrails branding, layout, and original copy belong to the project operators. Place imagery may use generated placeholders or licensed sources as noted in the project.
Privacy

Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last revised.
